Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)
Clean broccoli, cut into pieces and wash under running water. Peel carrots and potatoes and clean them with kitchen paper. Steam all the vegetables; you have to add broccoli after 10-15 minutes.
Slice carrots and cube potatoes. Put them in a non-stick frying pan together with broccoli, soy sauce, dried chives and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and let them flavor over a gentle flame for few minutes.
Serve hot.
