(Let's have a pic nic at Easter!)
It's the right time for a pic nic. We have planned this menu thinking about the necessity to prepare all the dishes in advance and so you can serve them cold but if you decide to stay at home, you can warm up the ricotta & artichoke pie and the meat roll.
All the dishes serve 6 except the rice salad and tha savoury pie; increase the doses for the rice and prepare the appetizer following the instructios (it can be cut into little pieces and so it's enough for 6 people).
Accompany the meat with a green salad.
