Prepare the sauce as we describe in the recipe of pot roast beef.
Cook pasta in a plenty of salt water but remember that sauce is already salty; follow the instructions on the package for the right time. Meanwhile heat up the pot roast beef sauce. Strain pasta and dress it with the sauce.
Serve it warm.
Note
If you want, you can strain pasta "al dente", sprinkle it with grated mozzarella cheese and bake for some minutes or until mozzarella melts. It’s very tasty!!.
What's the right wine?
Our suggestion is: Bonarda (red wine from Lombardy – Italy).
