This dish is very simple to do!
While you're cooking tagliatelle, you have to prepare the sauce. In a little saucepan add all the ingredients, season to taste with salt and cook over a gentle flame for only one minute. If the sauce isn't smooth, you can add some tablespoons cooking water of pasta.
Drain tagliatelle very well, pour them into a bowl and dress with the sauce.
Serve at once.

Note

What's the right wine?

Our suggestion is: Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Cartizze
