Dissolve the yeast in the water stirring with a fork. Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl, make a well in the center and pour in the
mixture of water and yeast and a couple of tablespoons olive oil. Using a wooden spoon or your fingers, gradually draw in flour from the edge of the well, stirring until a soft dough forms
and all the flour is incorporated. Turn out the dough on to a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover tightly
and put in a warm place (27°C - 80°F) for about 2 hours. Roll out the dough to a large rectangular shape. Transfer to an oiled baking sheet;
prick the surface with a fork and add the oil with a spoon. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20 minutes (180°C - 350°F)
