
Dip your clams in salt water for many times. At the end dip them in water with no salt.
Bring abundant water to the boil, wrap the clams in a tea towel and put them in the boiling water. Let the water boil again and count 2 minutes. Take the tea towel out of the water, open it and serve the clams immediately.
This is a tasty dish.
