Ingredients
1/6 Barbieri Bitter
3/6 Red Vermouth
2/6 Juniper Gin
2 dashes of Soda Schweppes
How to make it
Place some ice cubes, if you want, in the mixing glass and add Bitter, Vermouth and Gin. Mix for 6-8 seconds with the bar spoon and strain into the glass. Top up with Schweppes Soda and decorate with a cocktail cherry and an orange slice. The cocktail is ready.
