Fix the garland on the top of your piece of furniture with the help of some little nails and nylon thread.
Weave Christmas light around the garland; remember that Christmas lights must be longer than the garland.
Prepare ribbons; you have to decide their number according to the lenght of the garland.
We've prepared 8 big
ribbons and 5 little ones. Cut a part of red material into strips (80 x 8 cm - 32 x 3 1/4in). Then cut another part
into strips with half the dimensions (40 x 4 cm - 16 x 1 3/4in). Then you have to cut red tulle into lightly smaller
strips than those ones you've obtained from red material. Knot every material strip making a ribbon; make a ribbon
with a tulle strip in the centre of the material ribbon (you'll use the two ends of the tulle ribbon for fixing
them to the garland). At this point cut the remaining part of material into little rectangles and roll up everyone
around the centre of every ribbon; fix the two ends with a drop of glue. Glue a sparkling button in the centre of
this rectangle. Your ribbons are ready. You can look at the photo for more details .
At this point you have to tie every ribbon to the garland, alternating a big ribbon with a smaller ribbon.
You can also use ready ribbons to adobe with spargling buttons or other decorations.
For any problem, !
